After considering the alternatives, Triangle Development chose to join a group of franchisees associated with the Epcon Group, Inc., based in Dublin, Ohio. Epcon had developed a plan for this marketplace that offered buyers an easygoing, maintenance free lifestyle enhanced by open floorplans, and on-site recreational, social, and fitness facilities. Market acceptance of these communities has been no less than phenomenal. There are now more than 325 of the communities in eighteen (18) states, built by Epcon and independent franchisees.
