Orchard Villas in Roanoke, Virginia is now under construction.

The Community Center and models are nearing completion and several of the "quads" are now under roof. A "Grand Opening" is planned for mid-July.

With 33 of the 108 homes sold, it is expected that the community will be "sold out" in the next 12 to 18 months. The Sales Office is open daily and the staff has been increased to accommodate the heavy sales traffic.
